Shortly after finishing the music video for Little Dragon's single 'Slugs of Love' we were asked to present a concept for 'Kenneth' — the announcement track for their new album.
We immediatedly responded to the groovy bassline and the sweltering production. To us, it sounded like a hot summer day where ice cream melts in your hand along with everything else around you.
Running with this concept of supernatural heat, we wrote, directed, and animated a short film about a woman who stumbles into desert world filled with thermal mountains, menacing spirits, and plenty of ice cream.
